For the coming semester, exchange students apply to the University of Osnabrück using the online-application
for Exchange Students. From now on you can apply for an exchange period in Osnabrück over the internet.
The application form is available in both English and German. Both versions can be found through the links at the
bottom of this page. Please complete all the fields correctly and ensure that no data are missing.
After you have sent off your details, the form will automatically be converted into a PDF-Document.
Please print this out and ask the Coordinator at your home institution of higher education to complete his/her
contact details and to sign and stamp the form.
Finally sign the form yourself and send it together with a passport photo and an enrolment
certificate to the following address:

We cannot accept your application without a signature and stamp from your coordinator.
After we have received your printed application and after your application has been checked, you will
receive a 'Letter of Admissions' together with information about your stay in Osnabrück.
If you would like to apply for a room in one of the students' residences, please send the form Application for
accommodation (Students in exchange programmes) to the International Office together with your application documents.
